Yes, but not now.
 
As I discuss with Oscar several days ago about plugin framework, there might
be some changes in the future.
 
- Global enable/disable
- Global plugin attribute 
- etc ...
 
So, I will wait for the plugin framework stablized, and then start to port
my plugins to LifeType 1.1.
