[pLog-svn] Lifetype 1.0.4

I've just uploaded the 1.0.4 release to SF.net, I'll put an
announcement in lifetype.net later on. The most important fix here is
the XSS vulnerability reported a couple of days ago (could've been
fixed faster if the original reported would have contacted us first)
plus a few smaller bug-fixes reported in mantis.

Let me know if you notice any problem wtih it but it should work quite fine.
