I've been playing around with global categories, and I think that it would
be beneficial to let the user add tags to his post (like Technorati), and
the tags could be populated on the summary.php page, or something of the
like.  This way the blog admin doesn't have to manually add global
categories, and it allows for a more focused classification.  Thoughts?
