Trackbacks and comments follow the same code path in the
BayesianFilter class, so I see no reason why comments would be thrown
away but trackbacks wouldn't. Perhaps you could investigate a bit more
if interested?

I can't reproduce these two issues. I have a post with only one
trackback, marked as spam, and I get "(1)" as the value in the TB
columns in the posts page. If I click the link, it will correctly show
me the only trackback marked as spam.
In the trackbacks page, the trackback appears marked as spam and I can
mark it as non-spam if I wish.
