[pLog-svn] Dashboard slowing

Can we try the following?

1) remove all the cache_* folders
2) reset the contents of tmp/plog.log ("echo > plog.log" will do)
3) load the dashboard
4) get plog.log and send it to me

I'm interested in what's going on, if it really is taking so long...
