[pLog-svn] r3197 - in plog/trunk: class/security locale

 	Also, I can't figure out how to make it such that if a comment is 
blocked as spam, but kept, how do I still notify the user, as presumably 
he wants to know, since he set it to save, rather than delete the comment.
 	(I have gotten a handful of spam comments recently -- all trapped 
by the bayesian filter, but if too many real comments are posted before I 
log back into the dashboard, I won't see the spam comments, which I might 
want to delete, or might be my mother-in-law)
