[pLog-svn] Notification of required database changes

I try 3 or 4 time upgrade from 1.1->1.1
It always show me "Error performing changes to the articles table (3)"
I think it is because there is no lt_trackbacks table in 1.1. When I click
next, it will go back to step one again.
