 	Maybe we won't have the problem any more with the new schema 
things, my suspicion is that the extra keys are added when people upgrade, 
maybe only when they have already added patches, and then things get added 
twice.  If we didn't use the integer index, we would be guaranteed to 
never have duplicates.
