[pLog-svn] Notification of required database changes

Hello,
    When a schema change is made, what is the "right" way to run  
these upgrades if lifetype is already installed?  Should the wizard  
be run again?  Does the wizard handle upgrades within a major version  
number (i.e. an earlier version of 1.1 when upgrading to a later  
version of 1.1)

   Or should we run the sql statements by hand?
