[pLog-svn] Is there a way to find summary template folder

I don't think we really need to have the ability to change the summary 
templates in the admin site, as an administrator of the whole blog site, 
they should have the ability to ftp the templates.
 To me, give too much ability to allow the user to change global setting 
just means more potential security holes.
