[pLog-svn] Is there a way to find summary template folder

Hi Oscar:
 
I just check the templetsetstorage, it seems no way to find summary template
folder ...
 
I plan to add "edit summary template" capability to template editor, that
whay I need that.
 
So, there are two options after review the code:
 
1. Add the getAdminTemplateFolder () to templatesetstorage, then I can use
it to get summary template folder
2. Or, I hard code it in template editor.
 
I prefer option 1, how do you think?
