[pLog-svn] Help testing the moblog plugin

yes, we'll probably need some help from the Chinese community, I'd
like to get this working properly for everyone :-)

I'm about to finish it, I will put instructions on the wiki as soon as
I have time after I have finished a couple of more things I wanted to
add... I will let you know when ready!

By the way, who sent this one? Was it you, Mark?
