 	One of my new customers changed domain names recently, and when he 
changed his base_url, the links still pointed to the old domain.
 	I almost erased the cache directory manually, but then decided to 
poke around.  I think the first or second print statement I added showed 
that GetAllBlogIds was returning an array of arrays.  Seemed like a 
bad idea to me...
