SMTP is the best way because I think it's going to be a pain to
support MMS. We can build some workarounds so that at least the most
annoying things are not there (such as the missing subject line, etc)
but we should clearly advise users that this plugin will only be 100%
supported when using mail instead of MMS.

I am saying that it's going to be a pain because I just tested sending
an MMS message to the moblog address with my Nokia 7610 phone... It
seems like my operator (it's not Nokia's fault but my operators')
includes 4 attachments in every MMS message routed to email:

- a file called pres.smil (with information about the presentation)
- an HTML attachment saying that this is an MMS message and what it means
- the text of the message, saved in a file called Usertest.txt (where
this name comes from, I have no clue)
- the actual picture(s) attached to the message

This is just impossible to support because we'd have to build
workarounds and special cases not only for all phones but also for all
operators... Nice, eh? :)

I'll keep working on this to improve the handling of urlencoded file
names, but I'll probably need some help from you because my phone is
unable to generate those characters!
