[pLog-svn] Is everything ready?

I'll try to get the final release out tonight around 00:00 GMT+3
because otherwise I won't be able to do it until tomorrow late
evening... We promised the final release would be out on the 1st of
April and we should stick to our promises :-)

I'd like to ask you not to make any changes to the repository during
today and tomorrow.

Before making the final packages, I will copy the plog/trunk/ folder
to the plog/tags/plog-1.0, templates/trunk to templates/tags/plog-1.0,
plugins/trunk to plugins/tags/plog-1.0 and generate the final packages
based on the contents of the "plog-1.0" tag (I have no script to
automatically generate packages of each template or plugin but I will
do that later)

I might not finish uploading all the 40+ templates and 20+ plugins
today since that's a lot of work when using SF.net's interface, plus I
need to update pages like this
(http://www.plogworld.net/blog.php/plog_development_journal/page/templates)
and this (http://wiki.plogworld.net/index.php/PLog_1.0/Plugin_Repository)
with the new download links, etc. Or in other words, don't get scared
if by the 2nd of April not all the plugins or templates are available
to download yet... If anybody wants to lend a hand in that, let me
know and I will give enough access to your SF.net user.

I will also start the "plog-1.0.1" branch under
plog/branches/plog-1.0.1 (as per Francesc's suggestion) Keep in mind
that since svn does not make any difference between "tags" and
"branches", it is possible to commit changes to a tag so please DO NOT
EVER make any changes to a plog/tags/plog-x.yx.z folder. If there is
any bug you'd like to fix, checkout the plog-1.0.1 branch and make the
changes there. You can also look in Mantis to see which issues have
been marked as "1.0.1-trunk" and start working on them if you wish :-)
(most of them have been assigned to me) This means that plog/trunk
will remain as the development area for plog 1.1.

Speaking of plog 1.1, no clear picture of which features should be
there so don't start developing like crazy... yet :-) Until further
notice, we should focus on readying 1.0.1 as soon as possible (more on
1.0.1 in a couple of days)

I will also try to send some newsbits and announcements to some sites
but I might as well wait until the beginning of next week... Weekends
are usually slow so if we get an article about our release published,
it might not get too much attention.

I think that's all for now... Let me know if I forgot something!

Oscar
