[pLog-svn] Freezing the code in svn

Hello,

it's about time we stop making changes to svn so from now on, please
do not make more changes to svn unless:

1) it's a change to the locales
2) it's something *VERY* critical or it's related to mantis issues
http://bugs.plogworld.net/view.php?id=330,
http://bugs.plogworld.net/view.php?id=332 or
http://bugs.plogworld.net/view.php?id=339
3) it's related to documentation (like I've been doing recently,
updating the comments in the classes to get better documentation from
doxygen -- issue http://bugs.plogworld.net/view.php?id=331)

If you have something that you think must be committed to svn but does
not fall in any of the above categories, please send first an email to
this list and we'll discuss it.

Hope you understand that I'm not being grumpy :-), it's just that the
final release has been scheduled for the 1st of April and I'd like to
use the last week to test RC-quality code.

These changes apply to the plog/trunk/ folder from this moment on. I
will leave it to Mark "plugin master" Wu :-) to decide what to do with
the plugins/ folder and about the templates/ folder, well that's not
too critical anyway...

Oscar
