[pLog-svn] duplicated templates

yes you're right, I wanted to remove the unneeded ones a couple of
days ago but I forgot.

The ones under the main trunk that will be packaged in the final
package ('grey', 'blueish', 'standard' and 'standard-with-plugins')
can stay there. The copies of these ones in the templates/ module, can
be removed as we don't need them.

The default/ template set is a very very old one that I never really
got around to remove... This looks like a good time to do it.
