[pLog-svn] ADOdb Lite

looks interesting and quite small... :) 

But the only problem is that it is also missing support for data
dictionaries, which is a feature from adodb that I liked very much and
that some plugins rely on... We'd have to implement them anyway in
both pdb (ours) and in adodblite.
