Finally, after trace the  mimeDecode, I got the whole picture ... 

I need to use iconv_mime_decode to convert the subject to the right encoding
binary string . And, I only need to use iconv the convert the body to right
encoding binary string, because the mineDecode class already decode the body
back to binary string (I don't need to do it again).

Now, I need to test the method to see it works or not ... :P
