I know most of you don't know Chinese, but just take a look at this page.
Try to searcg "pLog" .... you will see the pLog is the 2nd downloadest open
source project in OpenFoundtry (Open source foundry that host by Taiwan
Goverment) ...
 
And the 1st still WordPress :(
