[pLog-svn] TatterTools plan to release 1.0

I did not test the new version, but I did test the old(current) version.

I think only three features that we don't have:

1. Paging in every objects (I think we will support the feature in 1.1)
2. Tree-Structure article category
3. Comment-deteled-by-user (tattertool will log the vister name and
password, so, tattertooll can throught the visitor and password the
authenticate the visitor, and allow the visitor to delete the comment
