 	I forget if I already said this - I have a ticketing system set up 
for hosting stuff, I could make a queue for plog stuff.  And whoever wants 
in can get an account - presumably it would end up being sort of 
round-robin anyway, but if someone has way more time than someone else, he 
probably gets more, but that is probably the right thing to do, at least 
from the user's perspective, that things get done as quick as possible.
 	Any other opinions?

 	I (and it sounds like Jason does too) has that time, I already run 
a couple servers, so it isn't adding too much.
