But, I consider change the authimage generator to native php code. Use MVC
to do the image generate seems a little slow :(

Yes, This is what I thought. I modify this because I want to move the
authimage.template back to plugin/template folder.  Authimage should be
change every time ... so, I must disable smarty cache.  I just found
$cacheEnabled in plugnTemplatedView() does not do anything about it.... So I
modified it for this purpose.  :D

 	Does this mean a plugin could disable the cache if he wanted to? 
ie. I could use the auth plugin to deliver a different page than the cached
page if a user was logged in?  That would be great!
