 	I don't think Oscar is talking (at least entirely) about the admin 
section.  There is the uncached case for the "front end" when the data 
hasn't been cached yet.  This happens often, since the cache is 
invalidated when posts or comments are posted.  So, it is an important 
part of optimizing.
