[pLog-general] Appending a string to pages titles.

There are some posts in the forums regarding dynamically adding a  
banner to every page generated by plog. While you don't need to add a  
banner, the idea is the same: capture the output of the template  
before is sent to the browser and add your content via a regexp.

Something like this will probably do:

Currently you have to modify some code but we're planning to add  
hooks in plog 1.1 so that this behaviour can be controlled via plugins.
