[pLog-general] pLog 1.0 promotion

Hi,

we already discussed this a couple of weeks ago but I didn't get that
much feedback... Let's try again.

I am compiling a list of sites that we should notify as soon as pLog
1.0 is out. Could anybody please help? I have divided the list into
"global" sites and local (as in country-specific):

* Global *
slashdot.org
freshmeat.net
hotscripts.com
newsforge.com
arstechnica
sourceforge.net (I am planning to ask them to choose pLog as their
"project of the month" someday -- that'll give us a lot of exposure!)

* Local: Spanish * 
barrapunto.com (spanish slashdot-like site)
puntbarra.com (catalan slashdot-like site)

* Local: German *
Heise.de

* Loca: Chinese *
Mark, we need your help :)))))

* Local: insert-your-country-here *
We need help targetting other countries... Can anybody help?
