[pLog-general] plugins directory removed from plog_1.0 devel branch?

I've simply moved them to another folder in the repository...

svn checkout http://devel.plogworld.org/svn/plog/plugins/trunk

It makes more sense to have them there rather than in the main trunk, as some of
them are still unfinished and anyway, they're not going to be part of the final
main package.
